Former NBC Channel 9 KUSA Denver News reporter and pilot, Amelia Rose Earhart opened the eyes of local students — and adults —  as she provided an intimate talk to young aviation enthusiasts.  As her namesake, Amelia circled the globe in a Pilatus PC-12NG, a single engine turbo prop aircraft.  Her goal was to show, the best way she knew how, that “there are still adventures to be had and that [young women of today] are allowed to live out their wildest dreams in every way they choose,” according to Amelia’s website “Flight Around the World” page.

Eagle Aviators continues to garner the support of local women in aviation including Isabelle Moore, with a decorated 22 year career and a Part 121

Airline Captain flying corporate jets for a living. Isabelle is a celebrity in her own right as a pilot, model and candidate of the Jetset Magazine for “Miss Jetset. In 2020.”

Young men in aviation have their own mentors too, whether it is the officers of the Board of Directors who can share their own inspirational stories or other celebrity visitors. On April 13, 2024 NASA Astronaut Jeff Ashby provided his insights how Eagle Valley’s youth may find a path to a trip to the moon and the next frontier.
